1. Open the downloaded template file (you can use 7-zip for this task).
2. Go to your Blogger dashboard and then Theme.
3. Find the three dots 
menu and click it. Then select Repair and click Install.
4. Select the .xml file from the directory in step 1 and upload it. That's it, your template should be installed.
Why can't I upload a template? Blogger is giving an error.
There are several possible factors that can cause the bx-xxxx error:
- You are uploading the wrong file. The template file extension must be: .xml
- Copy and paste the code. You should never copy and paste code, but you should upload a .xml file.
Possible solutions:
- Check that the file matches the template you want to upload.
- Uninstall the gadgets that came with the template you want to install.
- Clear your browser cookies.
- Try uploading the template using a different browser. Mozilla Firefox is the most reliable option.
